cantonese interview
My first interview was for Funmobile Campany. I don't quite intrerested in cellphone entertainment. I was going there to enrich my interview experiences. The interview was conducted in English. So, basically, it was not that bad.
The second one was SPRG, a financial PR agency. The manager did not give me much opportunities to introduce myself, but kept challenging my cantonese. I knew it was terrible, but, I just need time to make it fluent. Well, I am STILL going there to enrich my interview experiences.
Tomorrow, I will have a "discussion", which also means interview. I don't know how to prepare the discussion, cause there was no specific job position for me. Anyway, I hope it will go well. I am quite interested in this social media things.

I went to a market in Nollendofplatz with Bayza. It was not a big market, and after a glance of this market, we thought there was nothing to see. We began to wander on the street next to the market. There was a small shop selling antiques, and the boss was calling someone. I heard he said some words in Chinese, and I thought finally there was some German in Berlin can speak a little bit Chinese. After the call, the boss was very hospitality to welcome us. He was a Russian, and lived in Berlin for a long time. He was very happy because he called a Chinese friend just now and then a Chinese customer came into his shop. He began to speak lots of Chinese words he known, and sang Chinese songs with other salespeople in his shop. He was so exciting, and gave us photos of his son on computer, and told me to meet him when I came back to China. We told his we are students and wanted to take photos of multi-cultural things. He was so kind hearted, and asked us to follow him. He took us to some places where his friends were, and cheated them we are newspaper journalists. They were all willing to be taken photos, and Bayza took lots of photos of portraits. I told him my final project was about market and he said no problem, he had friends on the market. Then we were back to the market and he introduced lots of people with different background selling various things on the markets to us. We were very appreciate to him, because he introduced so many people to us and he was such a funny man. I asked him did him love Berlin? To my surprise, he said no. I asked him why, he did not want to tell me, and he just said no freedom. But he said, it was getting better now, but not enough. But I think he still loves this place, or he would not stay here for such a long time. final project5

On Saturday, this market will be a big one, but Wednesday, it was just a place for the neighbors here to buy some fresh foods and flowers. But I found a shop which was very interesting. At first I thought it was a place selling wines and some ornaments for table, but when I asked the boss about the cute flowers in front of him, he said they were sweets. He was very proud of these flowers, because they were beautiful as ornaments, and they were also delicious as sweets. Inside of the petals there were chocolates. This kind of flowers was origin from Italy, and the boss here was the first man who brought them to Germany.

This was a big market in Tiergarden. It was rainy today, and I was sad because I thought there would be few people went to the market in such an awful weather. But when I went out the S-Bahn station, I was shocked! So many got together there, and so many good things were sold there. I think this market was welcomed by visitors, because it was a right place to choose souvenirs there. I could not help myself to buying these exquisite things, so I spend lots of money here. The big problem for me was the language. Every time when I want communicate with them I found most could not understood English, so how can I know their stories and put them on the blog. But I will try my best to describe the nice market.

I was attracted by those nice things, and they seemed like from different places, India, Germany, France, etc. I asked the boss if he can speak English, and told me something about those nice things. He said he would try his best. He loved traveling, and also collected different things in different countries. These things were all bought when he traveled to other countries, and most of them were handcrafts, or private things. His favorite was the big vase behind him, and you can see it from the first photo. He brought it from France, and actually it belonged to a big family. They used it as a vase before, but now it also could be used as a holder of table. The man in yellow was the boss.

She was a German, selling lots of exquisite candleholders, and I like them so much. I bought three of them as presents for my friends. I can not speak German, and she can not speak English, so you can image how hard for me to bargain the price. Finally I told her that I want to take a picture for her, of course, by gestures. And she was really happy, even gave me her address, and asked me to send the photos to her.
